SLAIN COULPLE’S WEIRD WILL

at around evening time on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Curses from the grave..

As I read this article my own parents  came to mind, they have alienated every family member and every friend they have ever had. I have been curious what might show up when they die.. if they see this article they may get inspired..

I got a kick how this couple left “$0.00″ to a sibling, and many bitter remarks.

“In the event my friends [brothers] fail to provide me with a burial befitting my character, then and in that event, I curse each one of them as follows,” Schwartz wrote.

“To Boom Boom, the electricity never be on when you need it; to TR, never will any of your radios work again”

Then, possibly addressing Delvicario specifically, he wrote: “To Bobby, never will your gun shoot when you need it.”

Another disturbing case…

at around evening time on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Another disturbed woman, who should have never had kids! I really think people should have to pass a test and be approved to have children!

This sick demented woman scarred her daughter so bad, the child looked like she had scales.

She is manipulative, and disturbed! And also on the run.. I hope they catch & torture her!! What a sick person!

Police said Valencia would take her children only when she felt like being a mom, and that she’d use her undocumented friend as the de facto caretaker between beatings, threatening to take action with the authorities if she reported the abuse.

Dangerous Book?

at around evening time on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Woman claims book is “dangerous” and is keeping it from the library, refusing to return it.

The dangerous part.. oh horrors, it might accidentally inform kids on abstinence.. and other risky bits of educational info.. yikes!

The book features frank but cartoon-like illustrations on topics that include abstinence, masturbation and sexually transmitted diseases

Wrong Colors on Website??

at around evening time on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Ok not like Pole Dancing lends itself to being an “innocent” form of dance.. the denial of the town is rather odd.. they COLORS on her website indicated it was to be an “adult business”.. ok that is just bizarre!

Babines claims her permit was denied because the township code enforcement officer believed the colors on her Web site indicated to him she planned to open an adult business.

Decomposing Pizza (Spare me)…

in the early evening on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Back in jail “economic crimes”. She stole a check book from a friend & forged checks.

Add this to the other lies she has made, and the evidence of a corpse being in her car. The grandmother had noted the smell before.. but then changed her thought to it being an old pizza.. oh come’on.. when on earth does old pizza smell like a rotting body? And whatever the smell was thought to be why didn’t Casey do something about it, if it wasn’t the body of her child?

There is so much about this case that just makes her look bad.. if for some reason she is innocent it is getting impossible to see.

PLUS She also never wanted this beautiful little girl!

Anthony wanted to give Caylee up for adoption before she was born, but her mother Cindy Anthony convinced her not to.

Anthony has maintained that a baby sitter kidnapped her daughter, but police say they don’t believe her. She didn’t report Caylee missing until about a month after she said she dropped her off at the sitter’s apartment.

Disturbed, sick & Disturbed!

in the early evening on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Thankfully she faces the death penalty.. but think they should find a way to execute her in a microwave!

Anyone who thinks parents can not possibly cause harm to their kids.. this alone should wake the up to the reality of how disturbed some parents can be!

And to kill your child because of an argument over who the birth father is? How mentally disturbed is that?

Prosecutors say Arnold intentionally put her baby in the microwave oven and cooked the child to death after a fight with her boyfriend. Prosecutors say the couple had argued over whether the boyfriend was the biological father.

Lawyers

in the early afternoon on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Chad

A Charlotte, NC, lawyer purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against fire among other things. Within a month having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made even his first premium payment on the policy, the lawyer filed claim against the insurance company.

In his claim, the lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires." The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason: That the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion.

The lawyer sued and won. In delivering the ruling the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous. The Judge stated nevertheless, that the lawyer held a policy from the company in which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire, without defining what is considered to be unacceptable fire, and was obligated to pay the claim.

Rather than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for his loss of the rare cigars lost in the "fires."

After the lawyer cashed the check, the Insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of arson! With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24,000 fine.

Obama’s Change… Socialism.

around lunchtime on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Obama’s illusions…  he has been playing a magic act as he pretends to pull money & solutions to health care out of the air (or his ass.. naw that would be too much effort). He talks a good talk (to his supporters anyhow, I find everything he utters to be simply what it is.. noise!).

This article was great.. explaining how Obama’s “Plan” does NOT work….

Obama’s idea is “steal from the rich” (now where have we heard that quote.. oh right.. apparently Obama [spit] has been watching too many old Robin Hood movies).. the problem is when you steal from your employer (and most of the rich are the employers of so many of us) what happens? If your employer loses money.. that affects YOU! If he does not have money to pay you… you don’t get paid.. if he can not improve the business.. you don’t get a raise.. etc.

His idea of health care.. make sure it is equal to all.. doctors are raped by health insurance companies as it is.. if you take more from them, and through this socialized medicine idea it will take MORE from medical professionals… what is the result? If a doctor can make more money at McDonalds, what are the odds he will continue with medicine?

When you knock down one domino.. guess what.. everything falls down. Obama [spit] is an idiot, and I so much wish his oblivious followers would finally wake up and realize all this!

I highlighted some of this article, but the entire thing is great!

A more realistic explanation would be something like this: “I’m the Messiah, and I can make it so.”

Liberal Democrats have pitted the classes against one another since the beginning of our two-party political process. It always sounds like a good populist plan. We’ll take from those with the most and give to those with the least. It’s the Robin Hood thing; Robin Hood is socialist parable.

Obama [spit] can soak corporations and the rich, but he can’t create wealth. Government does not, and cannot, produce wealth. Free economies produce wealth. And unless Obama [spit] creates wealth, he can’t provide health care and education for all. Health care and education are forms of wealth, and there’s not enough to go around.

Soak-the-rich taxes merely serve as new overhead for people who set prices and employ the middle class and poor. All taxes are regressive, because wealthy individuals and corporations pass along their overhead. They aren’t evil, they’re just in business.

Let’s say a widget costs one dollar to make, and it sells for $1.10. If the Acme Widget Corporation’s taxes go up, the widget costs more to make. If it costs $1.10 to make, the price to the consumer will be more like $1.20. The tax (a cost of doing business) has been passed down to the middle class, negating the hocus-pocus shift in tax burden. No new wealth has resulted from the shift, just an illusion of helping the poor at a cost to the rich.

Robin Hood didn’t help the poor, he stole for the poor. If the CEO of Acme is hit with a giant new tax bill at home, he may lay off his gardener and maid - lower-income workers supposedly aided by a tax break. The CEO might dine out and shop less, hurting middle class waiters and sales clerks supposedly aided by a soaking of the rich. Examples could be endless, because tax regression is to economics what gravity is to physics.

The only way to keep taxes low for the middle class and the poor is to keep taxes low for all. Higher taxes for the rich make no more sense than higher fuel prices for the rich. Higher fuel prices for the Safeway Corp., and its owners, would mean proportionally higher food prices - felt more by the middle class and the poor. All tax is regressive.

Obama’s soak-the-rich plan to pay for amazing promises simply isn’t going to work, because it’s merely a redistribution ploy. To give all Americans equal access to health care and education, this country will need additional wealth, not a shell game involving the wealth we already have.

BYO Stitches…

just before lunchtime on Sunday, the 31st of August 2008 by Tina

Ever think you have it bad? Wow.. reading this article on healthcare in Africa.. sad. Imagine, bring your own supplies? Ambulances waiting for parts?

The advice of doctors to Zimbabweans is, don’t get sick. If you do, don’t count on hospitals - they’re short of drugs and functioning equipment.

As the economy collapses, the laboratory at a main 1,000-bed hospital has virtually shut down. X-ray materials, injectable antibiotics and anticonvulsants have run out.

Emergency resuscitation equipment is out of action. Patients needing casts for broken bones need to bring their own plaster. In a country with one of the world’s worst AIDS epidemics, medical staff lack protective gloves.

Foreign Relations

at around evening time on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Chad

Just talking to the Mrs’s about Sarah Palin being picked and how thrilled we are about it.  Like every single one of the right leaning blogs I read, we’re for the first time truly enthusiastic about the Republican Party.

She asked me what reason I could think of that Biden was picked as the Dem VP choice.  I responded that it’s for the foreign relations angle, and that is because Biden, even though most of his foreign relations ideas are pretty darn dumb, is the best the Dems have.

Not much to choose from of course, considering that for most Democrats, good foreign relations means sealing the border and not letting in any Japanese cars.

Meat eaters vs Vegans

at around evening time on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

I have joked about the insanity of diehard vegans.. that the lack of meat was rotting or shrinking their brains..

I found this neat story discussing how the intelligence (ie inventing new tools, and were more advanced) of our ancestors increased dramatically when they introduced cooked meat to their diet.

About 2 million years ago, the human brain rapidly increased its mass until it was double the size of other primate brains.

“This happened because we started to eat better food, like eating more meat,” said researcher Philipp Khaitovich of the Partner Institute for Computational Biology in Shanghai.

…we probably should avoid diving into the raw food movement. Devoted followers end up, said Khaitovich, “with very severe health problems.”

New Game: Hide-and-Seek… and Find a baby

in the early evening on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

A 6 year old girl finds abandoned baby during hide-and-seek.

I do not understand a person who can carry a baby for 9 months (give or take).. then give birth.. and just leave the baby like waste! How on earth can they be that sick, disturbed and clueless? There are people who can not have children, and plenty who are waiting to adopt an infant.

What planet are (sick people who throw away their babies) from, how did they miss this news flash that there are people who would give anything for a baby!??

…infant, partially wrapped in a black shirt, still had her umbilical cord attached…

Burger King Raid

in the early evening on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

Not the Roach Killing Raid, but that could apply as well.. in New Castle County DE, Burger King restaurants were raided for illegal immigrants. There were so many detained one location had to alter its hours, and is not able to offer breakfast.

All 7 restaurants are owned by the same franchise, seems they encourage the hiring of illegals. Lovely huh?

This quote is something that ticks me off when I see it..

families are living in fear

Gee what are the odds these illegals already lived in fear? They snuck into our country, used false information, broke laws.. and they know they are breaking laws. Regardless if they were snagged or close to be snagged, I have no doubt they have fear anyhow… how could they not?

Those who defend the idea of ILLEGAL immigration are aiding to these persons life of fear. It is not the government, it is not the idea of having stricter policies.. it is those who defend ILLEGAL immigration that bring fear to these un-lawful people!

Pointless Stupid News bit of the day!

in the early evening on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

Ouch this was so DUMB my brain actually hurts.. this story has ABSOLUTELY NO point what-so-ever!

Chad chimes in this is the media’s feeble attempt to balance the Palin news.

This lame-ars story is about Biden & Obama [spit] and some deranged and utterly pointless discussion on corn. When I saw the title I am thinking.. arguments, hum? what could that be??… Perhaps

  1. It’s a fruit, its a vegetable.. no its a car,  no its an animal..
  2. How about.. Obama [spit] prefers it on the cob, and Biden off the cob.

Nope this article was not even that riveting.. if you want to be confused by something completely pointless and lame.. please go ahead and read this article.. but I pretty summed it up for you.. it is pointless and lame!

GM offers Employee Discount & Sues Employee’s for Discount..

in the late afternoon on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

Baffling huh? GM has a promotion (again) offering employee discount to everyone…

BUT.. in the same breath is suing employees for extending their discount to non-relatives..

Is this not the DUH of the day!?

I do think GM has bigger issues.. like hum, finding a way to NOT make crappy vehicles?? There is something to focus their energy on (and surely their lawyers will cost more than this “loss”).

General Motors Corp. is cracking down on workers and retirees who it says have improperly extended employee discounts to non-relatives and have cost the automaker more than $450,000.

Really neat to read his site.. he has such an energy backing Palin for VP  for so long.. what an admirable guy!

Just so that you all know, I did receive a brief phone call tonight from Todd and Sarah Palin. Thanks to them for being so kind.

What do the nation’s poorest cities have in common?

in the late afternoon on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Katie

They have elected Democratic Mayors for over a half a century.

So, why do people keep on pushing the same button, when the outcome is always a negative one?  I’m betting that many of these voters are on the crack pipe of welfare.

And our founding fathers knew this one.  As Ben Franklin said:  “I think the best way of doing good to the poor is not making them easy in poverty but leading them or driving them out of it.”

How is it that we realized this at the founding of our nation, but have completely forgotten this lesson less than 250 years later?  Any mom knows that if you reward bad behavior, you get more of the same.  But, isn’t that what we are doing, as a nation?

A Simpler Time…

in the late afternoon on Saturday, the 30th of August 2008 by Tina

It was the opening line of the article that made me die of laughter (and of course one of the reasons we fled the liberal east coast)…

Besides making fun of Democrats, is there a more popular pastime in Colorado Springs

The covenants which still hold onto racists times led to this part of the article.. which gave me such a cartoon image I thought I would definitely die of laughter…

Barack Obama [spit] would be welcome as long as he was toting iced tea for a homeowner, or driving Miss Daisy or whistling “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah” and battling Brer Rabbit.

Seriously I am not a racist by any means.. (I do not object to Obama [spit] for race.. I object to him because he is an idiot, does not have have the experience to be president.. and because well.. he is an idiot!) but this article is comical.. and for there to once been a time that people were prevented to live some place because of race, or go to a certain schools etc.. that is sad.

Now the Brer Rabbit.. that brought up a memory for my hubby, he loved that movie.. and because someone found it to be racist it has been banned. Now for those who banned it, thinking it is a racist movie.. they should allow this movie just for the reason to remember history, history should never been forgotten or erased.. regardless if it is ugly or not.

If people look deep enough into ANYTHING they can find something ugly or insulting.. of course that goes the other way too.. if they look deep enough they can either find something favorable or something they can learn from. So rather than whitewash history, distort history or erase history.. remember it, for all the good & bad! Learn from the bad and celebrate the good! Radical idea huh?
