Been a little slow posting here lately.  I’d like to personally blame all my co-authors for being slackers.  C’mon, you know who you are… I’ve been busy building and painting the shed these last few weekends, among other things.

Besides that, as shown below we’ve caught over 60,000 pieces of attempted spam.  Woo hoo!

Well, I should be back to keeping this thing running full time soon!

That’s the sound of Democratic lawmakers held to task for their statements.  She calls it ‘Being Slimed in the Green Zone’.

The bio of Rep. Ellen O. Tauscher (D-Calif.) — “TAU (rhymes with ‘now’)-sher,” the bio helpfully relates — was no less pointed, even if she once supported the war and has taken heat from liberal Bay Area constituents who remain wary of her position. “Our forces are caught in the middle of an escalating sectarian conflict in Iraq, with no end in sight,” the bio quotes.

“This is beyond parsing. This is being slimed in the Green Zone,” Tauscher said of her bio.

Wow, politicians being afraid of documentation showing their own statements and votes.  Go figure.

What am I doing today?  Well, lets just say…

Paint and caulk are my two arch-enemies.  Because the “bigger the glob, the better the job” rule doesn’t apply to paint, caulk, or soldering.
