Viva la revolutions!

mid-afternoon on Friday, the 25th of March 2005 by Capt Jake Fortune

The Carnation revolution in Portugal (Thought you forgot about that one, eh?)
Then comes the Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia.
A Singing Revolution in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Then the Orange revolution in the Ukraine.
Georgia’s Rose revolution.
Iraq’s Purple revolution.
The Cedar Revolution in Lebanon.
Now, it is the Tulip revolution in Kyrgyzstan.

Attention North Korea and Iran. We are running out of the cool names. If you do not hurry, you will be stuck with one of the following names from the list: Stinky revolution, Butthead revolution (Beavis revolution will most likely be taken by France), and the Breathmint revolution.

Diversity is a difference of ideas as much as it is a difference of cultures, you bunch of bigots! A lot of liberals’ idea of diversity is a faculty composed of every different ethnic group, but all sprouting leftist ideaology. Umm, that’s not diversity. That’s a Democratic National Convention.
