Usually I’m pretty darn pissed off at most companies for selling me absolute crap. I’m going to quickly write today about a few exceptions, where things have pleased me.
Pepperidge Farms English Muffins – They’re the best. Not available everywhere, around here only at the SuperTarget. But much better than the alternatives, and I’ve found Thomas’ to come in last in the three way comparison. Pepperidge Farms were tasty, came apart easily, and gives you two even halves. Not 2/3rds and a ripped piece.
T-Mobile – Recently decided to cut my cell phone service down to just a prepaid, but keeping my old number from another provider. So I got the prepaid kit delivered a couple days after ordering, and then when I called in, Michelle the AWESOME!!! phone service rep took good care of me. I call her awesome because her response to my intended phone number was "That’s AWESOME!!!" and she thinks my zip code is also "AWESOME!!!" Everything rolled over nicely, and having that kind of enthusiasm while taking care of customers felt pretty nice, even if it was a bit silly. But kudos to T-Mobile for not clamping down so hard on their customer support folks that they can give their subscribers a smile.
I may have a few more to add, but this is a good start!

The Awesome gal.. my thoughts on that.. could you imagine if she also works on a suicide help line? Hello thank you for calling the suicide help line, how can i help you?.. So you are thinking of suicide, Awesome!
Of course she could work at our local Sears, or Bed Bath too.. since less of giving you a hug and kiss when you enter & leave the store.. they are the same way.. sooo happy to see people!
