No Social Security COLA could prod $250 payments
Social Security recipients won’t get a cost-of-living increase next year for the first time in more than a third of a century, and that could boost President Barack Obama’s plan to send seniors another round of $250 payments before the congressional elections.
Let’s see, Obama’s plan is to pay seniors cash, right before the elections….
Your tax dollars at work (buying voters for the Dems).

The rate Obama is going he should have stepped in enough crap, and created such a trail of that crap by the next election.
I can only hope… unlike the election last year… where no one knew about him, and was buying his hope/change garbage… without asking a single question.. My hope is by the next election enough people will have seen enough of his screw ups, false/broken promises that they will be wise enough, or enough will be wise… to not vote for him again!
While enough time may have passed since the nightmare of Carter… and enough people forgot. Hopefully it will be lesson learned by the 2012 election.
And with all the other things he is doing to seniors, and not all have memory issues (some have memories better than I do)… enough of the seniors should not be buying into his false promises. Yes allot of the seniors are or will be of the boomer group… but there are still plenty of the pre-boomers who actually have sense… and still vote… and talk to fellow seniors.
And there were enough seniors to see the wrong things AARP was doing, and speak up.
He may be able to sway and buy the youth… But I still have some hope… I have hope, the seniors (or enough of them) are wise enough… I have hope that the youth will have been aware enough and have been paying attention… and I think they will be… they are politically tuned in, even though they were tuned in with naive ears for the last election.. 4 years does allot to the naivety of youth!
Also look at the other people he has ticked off in his path… he is even ticking off fellow liberals… and he is ticking of gays…
I think the only votes he may still have are some of the dimwit-democrats let who don’t have the ability to think for their own selves… and those who are either self-hating whites or blacks who feel obligated to vote for a man whose skin is black… or the illegal immigrants.
Let’s hope more people wake up… wise up… And grow up before the next election!
