80 Days, and Still, Not One Good Decision

Law of averages, wouldn’t Obama, by now, have made one good decision?

Well, not today.

Report: Obama to Push Immigration Reform Bill.  President reportedly plans to address the thorny issue of immigration reform this year, including searching for a way for illegal immigrants to become legal, a senior administration official says.

President Obama is gearing up for yet another legislative battle, this time over the contentious issue of immigration, according to a New York Times report that says one of the goals will be to a create a path for illegal immigrants to become legal.

You know, come to think of it, I have a “path” for illegals to become legal.  Lock them up, send them home, and allow them to get in the back of the line, behind all of the others, who actually respected our laws and followed the rules.

As any parent should know, you never reward bad behavior – or else the bad behavior will get worse in scale and more frequent in duration.  And yet, this exactly what he is proposing to do – reward bad behavior.

If they (the gov) refuse to enforce our laws, and continue to allow large amounts of people to blatantly ignore our laws, than I should be able to start picking and choosing which laws I feel like ignoring, too.  Why should I drive only 55?  And how about all those tax increases (as we know, many prominent Democrats have already ignored tax laws) ….

Michelle Malkin has much, much more the continual and relentless march towards shamnesty.  Because this one article is not about the first move by the Obama administration.  And, unfortunately, it will not be the last….

I disagree. Obama made at least two right decisions I can think of. The first was to tell his despairing hope’n'changey critics some weeks back (or is it months?) that “[he is] the change,” thereby making it clear what his mental health diagnoses are. The second was his kow-tow to the Saudi king, which made it clear who owns and operates him.

BTW, I loved the image of Sarkozy sniggering in the background… I have it on good authority (i.e. my imagination which too often turns out to be prescient) that he later whispered to Angela Merkel: “Alors, chere amie, que penses-tu maintenant de ce petit putz americain?”

He is surpassing all my horrors of him being Carter part 2.. he may just make Carter look better in comparison.. that alone is disturbing!!!!

The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant: It’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.
