Who Voted for these Nit Wits?

Sob.

The House just passed the Stupid Stimulus Package.

Sob.

Despite the fact that even the Democrats admit that they are voting on something that they won’t have the chance to read.  (bill totals 1,071 pages)

Despite the fact that the lobbyists apparently had copies of the bill before the politicians did, and that there are several versions of the bill out there.

So, the idiots in Washington, just voted for a package that they haven’t even read.  And not just any package, but one that will hang like a millstone around the necks of our children.  They voted for it, before they or their constituents could read or comment on it.  They don’t want you to know what is in it.

I wonder why lobbyists had the first copies.  Weren’t we promised that lobbyists would have no place in Obamaland?

Now the vote goes to the Senate.  Again.  Is there any hope for our country?

Michelle Malkin has more.  Princess Pelosi is off to Rome to meet her adoring fans.

At least the Republicans finally stood up for us.  Not a single Republican voted for this monstrosity.

And, do the economists think that the bill will work?  Will the stimulus actually stimulate? Economists say no.

“I think (doing) nothing would have been better,” said Ed Yardeni, an investment analyst who’s usually an optimist, in an interview

Sometimes doing nothing is better.. I have heard that before.. and it is too true..

perhaps obama & crew think previous presidents were not active enough and now they are going to do all this running around, but it has more of the visual of chickens running around with their heads cut off. and likely with the same amount of sense too.

hold on.. we are in for a bumpy ride!
