NY POST, DALLAS MORNING NEWS, WASHINGTON TIMES TOLD TO GET OUT… ALL 3 ENDORSED MCCAIN
**Exclusive**
The Obama campaign has decided to heave out three newspapers from its plane for the final days of its blitz across battleground states — and all three endorsed Sen. John McCain for president!
The NY POST, WASHINGTON TIMES and DALLAS MORNING NEWS have all been told to move out by Sunday to make room for network bigwigs — and possibly for the inclusion of reporters from two black magazines, ESSENCE and JET, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
Despite pleas from top editors of the three newspapers that have covered the campaign for months at extraordinary cost, the Obama campaign says their reporters — and possibly others — will have to vacate their coveted seats so more power players can document the final days of Sen. Barack Obama’s historic campaign to become the first black American president.

Some told the DRUDGE REPORT that the reporters are being ousted to bring on documentary film-makers to record the final days; others expect to see on board more sympathetic members of the media, including the NY TIMES’ Maureen Dowd, who once complained that she was barred from McCain’s Straight Talk Express airplane.
After a week of quiet but desperate behind-the-scenes negotiations, the reporters of the three papers heard last night that they were definitely off for the final swing. They are already planning how to cover the final days by flying commercial or driving from event to event.

Chilling – there is no room for the non-converts.  Tie this in with the treatment of Joe the Plumber.  If you dare question the messiah, there will be repercussions.  If it is like this BEFORE the election, imagine how much worse it could get if the Democrats control everything.  “Fairness Doctrine”, “Spread the Wealth”, the Global Poverty Act, and the “Second Bill of Rights” to name a few things….

UPDATE:  Michelle Malkin just put more info and links on her site.

The pretentiousness of Obama is mind blowing..
I am still amazed by the stupidity of those who blindly follow him and continue to do so! ARGH!

  2. Bandit Says:

Obama treats non converts almost as well as women. Don’t you think Tina? ;)

  3. Amy Says:

Seriously? Get over it people! Obama’s Team has to make room for other people, I am sure you in your infinite wisdom and unbiased love of mankind would allow all reporters regardless of endorsement onto your plane, but this is real life. If you had limited seats on your plane, would you throw off supporters or skeptics? THat’s what I thought.

  4. Amy Says:

Oh and bandit-atleast Obama didnt leave a loyal wife for a millionaire barbie doll! YOu all have been listening to McCain like his word is gospel. It’s not. Maybe he would have beena good president years ago, but today he is nothing but a pandering politician. The real McCain, look at his views from 10 years ago and compare them to what he says today. He’s not the same man who ran against Bush years ago. No matter what you conjure up on Obama, atleast he is a chance at real leadership.

  5. Bandit Says:

True, Bill Ayers, Rev Wright, and Tony Rezko all needed seats. Too bad they don’t have a seat for you Amy, maybe if you were a terrorist, an anti american racist or a corrupt Chicago denizen of the underworld they would have a seat for you too. Too bad you are a woman, ask Hilary how she feels Obama treated her. Look how the Dems treat Palin. Oh yeah, they love women, you will be forgotten if Obama takes office. Hopefully your precious dreams of change tide you through the dark times when it becomes eveident this was all a sham to get a corrupt politician elected.

  6. Bandit Says:

PS It is not like I see McCain through rose colored glasses. There are policies of his I disagree with. I freely admit Obama is charismatic. But he has no experience and he is a socialist. I will vote for McCain.

  7. Tina Says:

    Bill.. well said..
no politician is ideal.. none is perfect.. they are politicans..
BUUUTTTT Obama IS a socialist.. he does not represent America..he represents any number of socialist countries and terrorists… SO Amy that is what you want..a socialist country? May I recommend a few for you to go to?

  8. Katie Says:

Most conservatives have serious reservations regarding McCain. He is too lib, to be frank. However, given McCain and Obama, you have to go with the lesser evil, and hope for the best. As a conservative, that would mean McCain.

McCain did not leave the former wife for his present wife. McCain’s marriage was put through a worse h*** than most of us could imagine. He was captured and tortured for years. He and his wife were different people by the end of his captivity.

I’m not making excuses for him. And, he isn’t for himself. When asked what his biggest regret was, he instantly said the failure of his first marriage. And he took all the blame. His first wife is still a friend.

Everyone makes mistakes. It takes a big person to actually own up to them.

But the plane thing – doesn’t it bother anyone that he is removing anyone with a different point of view? What does that tell us about the future, should he win?

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight; nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety; is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
