Good news from Pamela Geller on the ex-marine Murtha:

According to a new poll, Bill Russell is beating that fat lying, troop defaming, America hating Murtha,  47 vs. 44. Combine that with Murtha insulting his district as racist (video here) and calling them rednecks (video here), and Russell has an excellent shot to pull it off.

Bad news:  Blade Runner sequel.  Not gonna quote anything.  That should be enough to put a chill in your heart.

Gun safety from IMAO:

Down side of the story is because another school, in Texas even, is so damn politically correct you’re not allowed to mention “firearms” without horrible icky nasty things happening:

“The mention of firearms and weapons on college campuses – and in specific LSCS – Tomball – brings fear and concern to students, faculty and staff ‐ which translates into a ‘material interference with the operation of the school or the rights of others’.”

Fear and concern?  What about the students that now know if they mention the wrong thing they will be censured and their political group disbanded by the authorities.  How do you respond to such outrage?  Nuke it from orbit.  It’s the only way to be sure.*  Luckily another college student aren’t about to surrender their rights just because they’re told to, and it saved his life.  And made taxpayers pay for two autopsies and burials instead of two trials.  That’s a damn good tradeoff.

*That’s a joke you damn fascist college administrators.  Go unwad your panties elsewhere.

In Hamilton County, 17 people are registered to vote from riverfront addresses south of Mehring Way – places with street numbers that would put their homes somewhere in the Ohio River.

The CBS News blog “From the Road” suddenly realized that Joe Biden was not giving the media any access and that he hasn’t held a press conference for well over a month. Even with this report, though, the media at large has been strangely quite on this disappearing act of Biden’s, especially in light of the drubbing they handed out to Sarah Palin when she was not so forthcoming with the press as they’d have liked after her debut on the national stage.

And part 2, how the MSM is trying to prevent Republican voter turnout in my home state of Colorado by printing rumors and innuendo.  Heh, Sarah Palin spoke about two blocks away from my house.  That’s awesome.

CNN and Time magazine ran breathless stories yesterday reporting that the McCain camp is giving up on Colorado. The reports relied on anonymous sources to gin up GOP anxiety about the battleground state.
