A long-time Colorado Springs real estate agent admitted Thursday to buying spray paint and vegetable oil for teenagers who then vandalized the home of people she was angry with.

This insane realtor enlisted the aid of four 13 year old boys to vandalize the home of a family who chose another realtor! (they had good reason… )

She (finally) pleaded guilty to 4 felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor & misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

Her sentence..

4 years supervised probation.
200 hours community service, removing graffiti.
anger management classes
serve 15 days home detention
& pay $17,075 in restitution.

Not enough.. she is freaking nuts, I even know someone personally who she threatened and also had to obtain a restraining order. This woman should not be under supervised probation..she should be locked up and away from other humans.. she should be in an institution at minimum! Though I do like the idea of her cleaning graffiti.. but is 200 hours enough?

Deputy District Attorney Crystal Littrell said in court that the boys told police Haddad drove them by the house and pointed it out, and the day after the vandalism she told them "they did a good job."

"We find the defendant’s conduct appalling, and it has had lasting consequences on this family," Littrell said. "The case has affected the whole community."

The Thomases still have a restraining order against Haddad, and they have filed a lawsuit against her.

I hope the Thomases win their lawsuit against this nut case!
