Did Biden make questionable land deals, also?

From the Delaware News Journal.

Is this just politics as usual, these days?  It seems that too many politicians are making “interesting” land and mortgage deals.

Obama was involved in a questionable land purchase.

Sens. Kent Conrad (D-ND) and Chris Dodd (D-CT) both got the “friends and family” discount from their mortgage company.

Sen. Ted Stevens, R-Alaska has been indicted on seven counts of failing to disclose thousands of dollars in services he received from a company that helped renovate his home.

Rep. Charles Rangel has had a no-interest mortgage loan for that past 10 years on his vacaton “villa”.

And now it comes out that Biden had 1) sold one house for the asking price, despite the market being “soft” market, to a MBNA big wig and Biden supporter, and 2) bought another property “at cost” (the property was purchased by a Biden supporter on 4/19/91 for $350,000; it was then sold to the Bidens on 3/18/96 for $350,000).

Of course, Delaware is no stranger to questionable land deals.
