Power of Palin’s (RNC) Speech

Wow.. I am liking this woman and VP candidate more and more!

When she talks she actually says something! That is the 1st time, in my entire life I could say that about a politician! (too many are like blow-hard biden! they just move air and never actually say anything of value!).

My hubbie sent me the 4 part You Tube clips.. the 1st part mainly contained a hooting audience with Palin and Palin-Power signs.. allot of energy, and it was the not the kind that felt scripted. She eventually was able to speak.. and I loved it!

Some of her statements were just adorable, and wonderful too! I tried to scribble down some of her great words here… enjoy!

“what’s the difference between a hockey mom & a pitbull? lipstick”.

“I guess a small town mayor is like a community organizer, but you have actual responsibilities”… what a great ZING!

She stated how she got rid of some unnecessary things, like the luxury jet was over the top, so she put it on eBay.. she has a wonderful and real sense of humor!

the digs she makes against obama/biden are fabulous and factual!

She notes about her opponent has authorized 2 memoirs, but has not made a single major law or reform, not even in state senate!

“this is a man who can give entire speeches on war, but never mention victory unless it is about his own campaign”

“when the cloud of rhetoric has passed, when the roar of the crowd fades away, when the stadium lights go out and those Styrofoam columns go back to some studio lot.. when that happens what exactly is our opponents plan? what doe he seek to accomplish, after he is done turning back the water & healing the planet?” … “the answer is to make government bigger, take more money, give more orders from Washington… reduce the strength of America in a dangerous world” …”he is against producing more energy… victory is in sight & he wants to forfeit.. terrorist state seek nuclear weapons.. he wants to meet with out preconditions”… “al qaida terrorists plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America, he is afraid someone won’t read them their rights”.

“some use change to promote their careers & some like McCain who use their careers to promote change”.

She said of McCain.. “our candidate is not looking for a fight, but sure is not afraid of one either”..

This was an amazing speech.. what a wonderful woman, person and vp for the US!

She did dig at Obama/Biden.. but she did it in a respectful, intelligent, and humorous way!
