China Stand-ins…

My friend told me about the little girl who sang for China, but they had a model stand in for her while she sang in the back ground. How appalling. We could have thought of China & Chinese people as more real.. but any hope of that has been dashed!

So many things about these Olympics bother me. They replaced the singer with another girl, because the first was pudgy and crooked toothed, while the second was the perfect face that China wanted to represent them. And then there was the entire opening ceremony. And it was the same thing that had the NBC commentators in awe. The shear number of perfectly syncronized performers was frightening. For some reason, it reminded me of the Olympics that Hitler held….

I think the Chinese are far more organized than Hitler’s Germany was.. which is much more frightening, i wonder if people realize that?
