New Orleans AGAIN … WAHHHH!

Can New Orleans say anything with out pulling that Katrina card? Seriously.. every time I hear of the town, I hear Katrina.

See this highlight.. Struggle, Recovering… they are constantly in such a state of whoa!

I guess they will start (if they have not already) start expecting (demanding) the government pull teachers from other schools to help them.. and hey why not throw some funds in there too!

I am so sick and tired of hearing about Orleans and their state of pain! It is a PAIN to me to hear!
