I am not being intentionally cruel, or maybe I am… but this case, a deranged teen gets a heart transplant, the town had rallied around him, including the heart donor’s family.

I note deranged, because of his plan and intent to just murder a man. He randomly chose a person to kill, planned it out, and was prepared to carry it out. The police found all the equipment in his plan, in his car.

Sometimes nature is right.. this boy should not have gotten a transplant! Someone who deserved it no doubt should have.

The criminal complaint says a friend of Busskohl’s called police the same day and tipped them off that Busskohl had come up with a plan to find a man who lived by himself and kill him. He allegedly told his friend he’d wear a swim cap, latex gloves and shoe coverings. His friend told police Busskohl told him he would either stab the victim in the chest or slash his throat, and then either cut off the victim’s eyelids or cut out his heart.
