Do the homeowners not know someone is coming over to assess their space?

I kinda figure this team is not going door to door surprising people.

It also sounds like they already listed their home on many of the episodes.

So figuring this is not a surprise (and in many if not all) episodes… Why do they have crap all over their home? On many of the shows stuff is on the floor, counters, tables… etc. Did they not even try to start packing things away? Isn’t it widely known clutter goes when you are selling your home, and make your home welcoming to the new home buyers? Are they really showing their home in the current condition? YIKES!

Then again I have looked at plenty of homes when we were home shopping. I have seen things that made me scream. I have viewed pictures of homes for sale online and am amazed the realtor actually took pictures of a home that looked that bad. What a crappy realtor, you think they would give the buyer a heads up!

Well this goes with the clueless/stupid masses.. this more than taste or style.. yes I realize not everyone has style & taste, but there is a common sense factor that seems to be missing! These people walk the earth.. and probably drive with cell phones too!
