Anyone know anything about BHB, or XXXBHB-BACAR-1318-I390MSCH?
Can’t find anything on the internet about it right now… Looks interesting though…

also, chad you might want to join the blog
    at http://www.airamerica.com
click on listen to hear the radio show
but the major blogging is done at Majority
Report. Clink on MR then the blog link at the top. It goes 24hrs and we discuss these type of things a lot. Hope it helps we are all just learning how bad this really is. If you have not read Howard Zinn’s History of the United States it is the best starting point then read the BCCI affair it is available entirely on the net just google it.
hope to see u on the blog

The xXXBHB-BACAR-1318-I390MSCH is a joint project between DOD,certain EU countries (not France, Germany, or any Arab nations), and Israel. It is a top level presidentially mandated program to develop a neutralization weapon to counter an Arab/ terrorist nuclear weapons launch and or detonation. The specifics are a little difficult to manipulate but essential our weapon has an intrinsic device which molds and counters certain atomization sequences over a very short period of time to lessen the effects of any nuclear reaction outside of the blast zone. It can lessen the effects up to 1 mile within the blast zone.
recommend that you do not do too much research on this on domestic ISP, israel ISP will track but is very hard for them to persue any action on the user so try some middle eastern isp for a search. it should work. check under BHB chembionuc counter terrorism arsonal or BHB anti nuclear weapons program/ CIA casey SDI.
good luck but thinks its a big waste to research what you will never find

As an intuitive guess, when I read of this project–BHB weapons system–the first name that came to me was Vittorio Formisano, an Italian physicist with the European Space Agency, who has a vague connection to the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Passadena. He disappeared late in July 2004, shortly before he was supposedly going to say in Paris at a formal conference that an instrument package of his onboard an ESA Mars lander had detected signs of life there–ammonia, methane, hydrogen sulfide, and formaldehyde. See Richard C. Hoagland’s Enterprisemision.com, and Linda Moulton Howe’s Earthfiles.com. In the past I have tracked down some of the stories they have reported and found them to be reliable. The cattle mutilation study groups set up by several Western governors was very disturbing. I am a former reporter and retired military technical report writer. I have worked on some very weird projects that actually were less believable to me than most science fiction plots. In the 1970s the fedgovt spent millions funding conjectural research by Ph.D’s in physics, philosophy, and mathematics into the possibility of time travel and faster than light space travel, as well as travel to parallel time lines. I got indirectly involved in a sidepocket project involving applied ESP in 1982-1984, while at the University of Southern California. [ESP technically was part of the field of classical philosophy up until WWI--see Arthur Schoepenhauer (sp?) on the Immanent Will Of God] In the 1930s ESP went to Dr. Rhine in Psychology at Duke University, South Carolina, then under Russel Targ and others an ESP project called Technical Remote Viewing was set up at USC, UCLA, and Stanford for the CIA and Army in about the 1965 to 1985 time frame. Several books and two movies have been made about this. My project was to look into “the next Big War,” which looking backward seems to be the Great War on Terror, as what I saw was unsatisfactory and ambiguous in most places. However, I did see Gulf War Syndrome in extreme detail (350pp report!), the war of ten-fifteen years ago of US proxies in Chad against Libya, the curent unreported war of small numbers of US troops in the Sahel Region in Africa ranging from Mauretania eastwards to Somalia, the current mess in Central Asia. Yet to come are a major and prolonged terrorist strike in the Berlin-Paris axis, with large scale evacuation to Marseilles under panicky circumstances; rapid formation of a very large European Army of draftees [brief discussion of this at NATO Institute at Kent State University in 1999]; changes in climate–mostly more blizzards, crop killer frosts very far south into Key West and Sicily, 90 inches rain a year in Lake Chad basin; effective anti-aircraft weapons that ground fighters, bombers, cargo planes, airliners world wide; US troops confined almost constantly and continuously to light tanks; and the ue of a bizare weapon, which I was told to not look further into, which I think is XXXBHB-BACAR-1318-I390MSCU, and which I sensed then was under evelopment. All I saw were its effects, which rendered it impossible to use electricty, precision tooling, and munitions, even in shielded environment. How much of this is true I don’t know, as I thought at that time it was a disinformation project feeding my fervid imagination. However, I saw the Euroopean Space Agency involved in this secret weapon, and an Italian physicist in charge of it. Whenh it was reported that Formisano was gone, m,emoriesw of this side project involving ESA back when there was no ESA came back to me.
