People in the news: Kelly’s pill-popping astounds even Ozzy
Could the Osbournes be cursed? Mom Sharon Osbourne says she’s starting to wonder. First it was her colon cancer, then husband Ozzy’s addiction relapse and near-fatal ATV crash, then son Jack’s substance-abuse treatment.
Now daughter Kelly Osbourne has entered a drug-rehab facility to battle her dependence on painkillers. Kelly checked in hours before her parents’ Friday night gig on CNN’s “Larry King Live” to promote season three of their reality series, “The Osbournes.” “The amount of pills I found in her bag was astounding,” Ozzy (of all people) told King in a surprisingly confessional interview, says People.com.

Cursed? Hah… no. That is the most conceited thing to say in their situation. This is what happens when you have no control or guidelines for your children. You’re lucky none are dead yet.

    Dear Sir,

Governor Schwarzenegger, ever since I was a young boy, I have looked up to you as a real man who holds the title as the strongest man in the world. You have set goals and have helped many people reach their full potential. The children of California and their safety and future from harassment, is your responsibility in regards to any sexual conduct that is taught in our public school. For centuries any sexual lessons that were taught in school would be about the human birth and the science of the human body.

The Liberal thinking of today demands equality for all, not of the rights of only one group, or view on this topic of sexual immorality. The Bill of Rights and State laws are to protect all the people in America. It is imperatives to the Bill of Rights and every person of all types of families in every society that the blood of our fore fathers protected these rights.

Any sexual preferences are a physical human act of choice, such as beastiality or other sexual acts. Sexual choices are not discrimination between church and state. These are issues between discrimination of morals. By allowing the gay community total freedom to flaunt their personal sexual habits, this has allowed gays to be offensive and harass hetero sexual people. Gay people like cats and dogs. To normal heterosexual person, it is the same thing, offensively as if a person were to have sex with an animal. It is sick, not moral. Are these the issues and topics to be taught to our children in the future?

Why is there no rating for movies that have outright gay content and the movies are not labeled clearly? My story is on this topic that we were at Costco to buy a movie to be viewed with my teenage son and his two cousins. We previewed the movie Broke Back Mountain which was purchased as a cowboy movie. Nowhere on the packaging did it have any references to homosexual acts or content, or any rating that would allowed us to know that it contained extreme homosexual acts. We viewed the movie up to the rape scene of two men, got sick, and returned the movie.

This is an injustice to all people that expect the ratings of G, PG, PG 13, R and X, and this movie exploited a rated X with gay material not a R rating.
It is imperatives for the rights of every person of all types of families, in our society that there is a rating symbol for gay material. Maybe GY, or maybe not ASS, but at least any thing would be better then nothing, which is what we have now.

As the Strongest Man in the World who is looked up to by many children, what are your thoughts on this topic of rating gay material and the teaching of gay history material in our pubic School?

    Thank You,

    Matt Louder
