Why My Town Rules

After the shootings at New Life Church here in Colorado Springs, many news sites predicted there would be a gun measure brought before the City Council within days.

They were right.

But it’s not what most people think.

It’s a measure to remove restrictions put on security guards for what kind of guns they can carry. In light of this tragedy, the Council is doing the right thing, and loosening up gun laws so that more law abiding people can protect themselves and other people.
