    Getting ready to take the turkey out and start the baking process.
    I expect it to be just as delicious as the last several years!!!

    OK, FYI.
    When you brine your turkey.
    And you put the bucket outside overnight.
    Make sure it doesn’t get so cold that the entire thing freezes into a block. I figured with all that salt in the brine it would take a much lower temperature to freeze. Was I wrong… gonna find out how bad it was in a few minutes.

    Phew… was just an iceblock on the outer shell of the bucket. Inside where the turkey was sitting was just fine.
