Why you don’t trust the media

Anyone who preaches objectivity and then does this…

Jack Kevorkian left prison after eight years. He was greeted by CBS reporter Mike Wallace — who gave him a hug.

Fair and impartial media… yeah, that’s a good one!

Welcome back Kevorkian. I still think we should institute the suicide booths (have you seen Futurama, 1st episode..) and i also think there should be an effective form of punishment vs the pathetic slap on a wrist and return them to do more harm, system we have now.

currently our system is rather messed-up. you get punished for no seat belt, but not for drinking and driving or cell phone driving. yes drinking and driving and people on cell phones kill people.. not wearing a seat belt only hurts or kills the person NOT wearing one. (yes technically there are laws against drinking and driving, but they are hardly enforced.. and drunks who have their licenses revoked just get in a car and drive anyhow.. now cell phones, some states are starting to work on this… but the seat belt law came in fast and furious, andyou were pulled over for nothing other then not wearing your seat belt.. i do not see people sorry idiots driving with a cell phone being pulled over!!!!)

a person gets a longer term in prison for robbery vs rape or child molestation. how screwed up is that? sorry there is no rehabilitation for rape or child molestation.. and the victims are messed up for life! Yet commit those crimes and you might serve 6 years if you are not released for some BS reason.

sorry i kinda jumped in to another discussion there.. but if there were stronger penalties and assisted suicide then kevorkian would not be an issue, and if other laws & punishment had logic well ahh utopia really!

Gee, think that the media is biased. Well, it is, big surprise. Anti war activists who “cover” the war in Iraq. See a problem with that? Nine out of ten journalists financially contribute to the libs… And let’s be honest, the biggest contribution that they can give is their supportive media coverage.
