Los Angeles Bans ‘Master/Slave’ Labels on Electronic Equipment

(CNSNews.com) - The words “master” and “slave” - used to describe primary and secondary circuits on some electronic equipment - have been banned in Los Angeles. Of course, for the record, every IBM PC style computer with IDE style hard drives, which has got to be at least 99.9% of all personal computers out there, have master/slave drive configurations.
Does this mean that if you live in LA, and you call Dell for tech support, and they mention changing the jumpers on your master and slave drives, you can sue?
Anyways, so starts my vacation! Back to the grind Dec. 15th. But until then, its happy time!
