I’ve wished that I could do that so many times… Waiting in line at the cash register, as a customer pays more attention to the cell than to the cashier; watching the stupid students jump in front of my car, then proceed slowly so they can still talk on the cell; let alone the obvious in the train times or watching someone almost plow into my car as they talk on the cell…
