That’s the error code you get when you’re not using a valid certificate with Windows Mobile devices in ActiveSync.
The solution? Right here…
Takes care of Windows Mobile code signing for corporate applications, Exchange ActiveSync, and deployment of the solution to end users. It’s just something I’ve whipped up!
